Key Care & Support understand the value and importance of ongoing Professional development and Education fpr Nurses.
To ensure we demonstrate our commitment to this we offer our Nurses regular Professional development days, based on what our Nurses tell us they want either at appraisal or through our bi annual staff satisfaction survey.
We also support local initiatives. This year we are proud to be actively involved in and sponsers of the Salford University conference for International Nurses day on 11th May 2012.
