Key Care & Support are proud to hold CQC certification, enabling us to provide Domiciliary Care Services alongside our Nursing Services.

We support individuals and also work alongside the continuing care teams, social services and Healthcare at home solutions that are tailored to your  individual needs.

Our experienced team undertake a thorough needs and risk assessment prior to accepting any individual care package to ensure we get it right for you  This process involves you and any current care providers and family members you wish to involve to ensure we have obtained an assessment of your needs and requirements.

We will then develop and agree a care/support plan with you which is reviewed regularly so that you remain in control of the care you receive at all times.  We are proud of our commitment to encouraging and maintaining the independence of our clients and the holistic approach we take to community care and support.
